    Default sound glitch

    im playing the RTI campaign, and i would like to watch the cutscenes. however they start and then it repeats about a milisecond of sound over and over for like half the cutsene, then sounds fine for 5 seconds, then does it again. how do i fix this?!

    it is doing this with all cutscenes. it really ruins the scenes >:(
