I did notice two things. First, In "Curse of Fenric" I noticed that Waldinger was listed as one of the players. I was Waldinger. Are you using people's names at the time of the game or their current names?

Secondly, in "Mexican Standoff" I was also on the winning team with FactionHeir.

I was going to use the current names, however, ATPG suggested that its better to use the old name for easier reference when reading it through. I'm not sure yet but I think its better to use the current names as the thingy on the left uses the current names IIRC. I'll either change Waldinger to your current name or put (Woad & Fangs) next to it.
