I had this prb once, before the march30th hotfix. Now everything seem fine but i've only played 3-4h last night. Is this with a new game or are you trying to use an old pre-patch/hotfix savegame? It could be that your SG is corrupted.

Try starting a new campaign to see if the problem persist.

There also the old song of check driver, defrag, whatyourpcspec, setvidsettingtodefault and lalala.
