    Why do the Celtic factions have two factional MICs (complexes 4 and 5) instead of just one, like everyone else?

    Reforms.

    Barracks_D (D1 and D2) are for the first two stages, Barracks_E are for Time of Soldiers

    (complex 4 = Barracks_D, complex 5 = Barracks_E)

    Romani have 2 factional MICs as well, complex 1 and complex 2 / Barracks_A and Barracks_B)
