Today I got a 4 star general when I recruited from a Prussian line unit. First time I got something other than a 3 star near as I can remember. His age was 41 I think if I remember correctly. I recruit all my generals from my stack units. Its faster, easier and gets the job done. Besides I like the idea of promoting from the ranks.
