    Default Prussian Jaegers?

    I can't seem to build these guys. I have researched rifling, which says it is supposed to grant me access to them. Even with the highest level barracks I can't build them. What gives?

    Prussian Jaegers can only be recruited in the Prussian home Providences, and nowhere else.
