Italians do it better! Chi dice donna dice guai. Abbi donna di te minore, se vuoi essere signore. Donne e buoi dei paesi tuoi. Fiume, grondaia e donna parlatora mandano l'uomo di casa fuora.
And my personal favorite: "Non rimuovere il confine antico fissato dai tuoi padri". In english: "Do not remove the anchent border placed by your fathers". It looses something in the translation......

Firstly, convert your images to jpg before posting them

and secondly, is that the advisor i see in the corner asking for attention?

have you been activating the script?

have you tried knocking it down and building it again?

What do you mean by convert'em to jpg? i uploaded them from imageshack, and it never gives me the option...
Anyway, of course i always activate the advisor, he's up there because i have just croosed the messana strait and he's telling me about the imprnding war with charthage.
I will try to destroy and rebuild it but since it's happening also in every other campaign i have I doubt it'll work. It's very weird since before it was working fine in my parthian campaign.

Open the picture on your computer with paint, Irfanview, whatever you use to view pictures, save it as a .jpg, then upload it and post it here. JPG pictures are smaller in size and thus Internet friendlier.

About your problem, out of curiosity; did you modify yourself or install a mod that changed the the export_descr_buildings.txt and export_descr_unit.txt files?
If so, go back to the original ones and see if you still can't recruit pupper rulers.

It just happened to me as romani in the Sinai area city. I will try to build it again also. (it is a city out of the required area to conquer as romani, may be it is caused by something related to this).

Also I have noticed that when I reconquered a city with type IV I tried to repair it but it didnt work so i guess I have to destroy it and rebuild it again.

No client rulers in Sinai, you have to import one from another Type IV.

I'm not going to stop you trying by destroying and rebuilding though.

Then I can only suggest that you restore your backups (or reinstall, if you have none). The submods you've installed have probably broken them.

Hi Cyrus, I had that problem too,

check if the "Permanent fixes for 1.2" from Bovi landed in the correct folders. My script landed in the wrong place => no client rulers...

Better check what Teutobod says, Cyrus.
