The man that wields ultimate power here is grandchancellor Tosa-Inu. I am but a humble vassal in his protectorate (the Org) and if you want a castle of your own (sub-forum), that is the man you need to get approval from. It is his decision whether you get a castle or not. Otherwise your stuck in this section but you could perhaps request a stickie if nothing else.

Now, I can't say that I am an expert in this area and my knowledge in the practice regarding these things are limited at best but I would suggest that you send him a PM and pray to Lassie the dog for a miracle and you might just get what you want...

I would not mind new neighbours myself... NTW-submod hah? Hope it workes out for you.
