Well I found the kittens!

Anyone else had that scourge?

I was playing as Sweden and some where around 1740 I see a kitten in the lower right hand corner of one of the screens. I had to click to remove the panel. Well my main UI panel had a little white kitten in every spot…disgusting little ping background white fluffy things! It seemed to stay there for such a long time…and you had better have the UI memorized because clicking the wrong kitten will end the turn!

I knew they were in the game, I just didn’t know they would be a persistent nerve agent!

There is a good German word that fits them, it is nervig!

as i said if you press G quickly about 6-8 times while on campaign map the kittens will appear

I think they came from Goa, seems they traded/sold it to the French...armies retreat to nearest landmass with an open (green) area. Portugal was an ally.

Ah, disappointment. Seeing Goa still white in your mini-map, I thought Portugal somehow landed an army in Ceylon...

Factions with the same map colors can be confusing...

I'm kinda disappointed by the screenshots. They turn a perfectly good Fear & Loathing-ish acid trip post into something... well, factual.

Yes if you didn’t know they were in the game you might think you had picked up a virus of some sort, but they don’t go away. They stay and stay and stay and stay. For years and years they stay!
They loose their cuteness quite quickly. They aren’t funny at all when you go for the lists only to find you have ended the turn!
