STW: WE crash

Hello everybody,
I'm new here and I have a problem with the STW: Warlord Edition v1.0
Every time load a film the game jump to the Windows desktop with an error message, except with Intro (i see the intro ok). I tried to disable all movies in the menu options but I think the same error every time a Daymio dies without heirs.
I've been reading a lot in the forum and I tried everything I've seen: Antialiasing = 2, rename the file NeVideo.ax of Nero 6, make sure that WMP is the default player, etc ... nothing has worked, I still show the error. Has anyone found a solution?
I have Win XP SP2 and ATI Radeon 9250 with Catalyst 6.11.

omg finally i uninstall de Nero 6 and not crash the game when a Daimyo dies. At the moment i can play.
