    Really? Huh, guess I'll build som factional MICs instead then...

    *two minutes later*

    I checked the RV and it says that the Gaizoz Alje is available at level 2....guess I have to build the MICs and found out for myself...

    Nope definatley level 3, read it from the EDB file. Be careful when using the RV as some of the info in it is out of date.
    I usually use the process_cq cheat to see whats available in a certain province, you can always demolish the MIC afterwards.
