Your behavior lately has been deplorable. The fact that it has taken this long for you to accumulate sufficient points for a temporary ban is exclusively due to the leniency of the admins. If you would like to discuss the reasons for your current predicament, it would be in your best interests to use PMs. Opening further threads and making further posts about it is only likely to result in further infractions against you.

Accidentally, your recent feud with Tribesman was discussed between the mods today. You've been itching a lot more than I initially saw, resulting in a rather unfair awarding of points. I'm sorry about that .

Last summer I received a warning mail about someone trying to hack my account here at org. A little investigation learned it was you. When confronted in private with that, you admitted. Yet we know what you do when you can delete topics (you do it) and I hate to think at the amount of extra work to restore it (time I did not have last summer).

You were left off the hook and up till today you were, despite being an itching creep to many, including me. Insult, edit, run away, whine and insult again.

Today it's been enough and I don't want to see you or any of your alts here at org for the rest of 2009. You'll be added to the gib list.

While i completely agree with whooping someone's arse for insultive posts, i have spoken to warman and he denied that any accounts have been hacked from his pc. is there actually any evidence supported by law, or a record of him confessing to the crime?

It is: posts need to be clean, so do profile pages. Both are public. That was a normal warning, since his account already had an active one, he was put in the cool-off account for a day or two. Instead he used alts to go ballistic about it. I learned more about another recent issue with him, all together: enough reason for a big time-out.

Warman is a friend of mine and has been good to me. However, if he has done the things you said, then there is another side to him, a side that cannot be here. It does deserve a ban.

I wish I could stick up for a friend, but he did not handle things well, and you have been lenient on him in the past. Your decision is fair. Thank you for giving him second chances, and I apologize for his behavior. I regret that things were taken too far. I will say no more on this matter.
