Well, we could completely cut them off, like, even cut the internet/telephone cables going there.
Kim jong tells his disciples that the rest of the world is evil and they should have nothing to do with them anyway, doesn't he? Show him/them what that's really like and let him show them how he is their great saviour and will lead them back into the light.

Punish the people because of their evil government that they didn't elect anyway? Sounds like from the cold war.
