The Intro - a new order

Senator and Speaker Aurelius: Romans. Senators. Friends. Umbria, Etruria, Latium, Campania and Apulia are firmly under Roman control. The Roman people are now one. Since Brutus drove Tarquin and formed the Res Publica there are threats all over us. We must prepare for battle! To the north, Gauls, Rhaetics and Helvetiis often pillage our villas and farms, destroying our trade and resources! To the south, Phyrrus of Epirus' troops in Kalabria and his Roman defectors in Rhegion are trying to overthrow the Republic and re-form a kingdom. Shall we let danger grow!
