If you want another guide (no offense tony) you could try frogbeasteggs guide in the rome guides section. I found it very helpful when i first started out. Anyways welcome dude its nice to see some new blood on the .org

Veritas. Frogbeastegg's guides on RTW and BI were of immense help to me when I was a new player. They will tell you all the little ins and outs of the game that the manual does not. I pored over them for hours when I was at work.
