Everyone I am here today running fore tribune of the plebs, although how I will live up to my predecessor, Qvintvs Aemilivs, is hard to say... I am not going to say that all of Qvintvs Aemilivs actions were popular, even right. But none will ever say he was a man who chose to go silently into the night, he is a outspoken man whose reforms have most definitely helped our republic. He is a man who has my respect, and perhaps if he wills it my friendship. But I am not here to just talk about the past! Far from it. I Believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am the best candidate for tribune of the Pleb's, I promise you all that above all I will remain unbiased while in office, that I will assist the republic before all else. And it is through respect for that republic I will not simply say vote for me, I believe that you all have your choice to make, and I plan on respecting that choice. I will not feel discouraged if I am not elected, far from it! I will know I was beaten fairly in the political field, and I will be better for it.
