Then leave it to rebel and people will achieve nothing there for ages... Then make a screenshot of the stone age ruins called "Pella" and send it to Maion together with the battle reviews of Cynoscephalae and Pydna

Oh easy, all you really need to do is surrender, rename your capital back to Barbaropolis. and promise to send a tenth of your healthy population to Hellas every year as tax. And rest assured, they will not be used as slaves...
