They are only built when Prussia and own certain areas with a certain tech, I believe or something similar to that.

The last few T.W.s have had very rare cases of units dissappearing and reappearing and many other games {from different developers} get the same thing {again , fairly rare} .

It seems to simply be a byproduct of the incredible complexity of todays games that sometimes an integer or spacing etc is mistyped or sometimes even simply scrambled by one loading instance of the game {your computer can sometimes drop or scramble bits of code when loading due to such things as fluctuations in the power suppily to your house or a host of others random triggers} which can then scramble a game in some way .

Also the various different codes in each proccess running can effect each other in odd {and random} ways sometimes leading to the same effects {ie , you computer can get confused and even "brain fart" } .

Unless it happens again , I'd say it was just a random "code has a mind of it's own" event {the "" quote was from a game developer at C.R.S.} that cannot really be guarded against .

Glad you got your crazy Germans back though .

I'm not going to change for the other three .
