Please. If you're going to vote for me because you're confused, tell me what confuses you (in the thread or via pm, I don't care.) and I will lift the so-called veil of confusion. There are some who know exactly who I am (actually most of them are dead now- YLC, Sasaki, ATPG, maybe a few others), there are others who have ideas about what I might be, but everyone who has bothered to read the thread knows that I am a role with a blocking ability, whose only goal is to survive the game, and who can share the guards of someone who I block.

I don't need people voting for me because of "gut instinct", because if I die, then I lose, and I'd rather not lose because I revealed to the town rather than keeping a low profile and staying hidden.

Also- Ichigo is a terrible vote, too. I know what he is, and it would be a bad idea to lynch him.

Finally, I suggest that Sasaki give us the list of townies who was supposed to do night actions last night, and we'll vote someone who wasn't doing any action, instead of just voting based on "instinct" or "suspicious lurking". While they are valid reasons sometimes, in this game there are townies who need to remain hidden from the mafia as much as the mafia must remain hidden from the town.

Tonight I think the best move is to put together protection groups for Ichigo, given what chaotix said. Several of them.

I enjoy better protection in the form of more skilled guards. This also means that protections won't necessarily fail if we don't have the right amount of people.

For instance on Night 7:

A large group of pugii-armed men with four leaders approached, clearly intending harm. Your men were outnumbered two-to-one, and as a result there was no negotiating. (Note: Though one of your conspirators did not show up, the protection succeeded because of the skill of your men.)

On the basis of what tratorix posted, I would say captain blackadder is a better choice if you're going to vote someone for missing the protection group.

Khaan, did your special ability get used up 2 nights ago? Because if so that group skipped out entirely, and they would need to be looked at closely. I don't see any description of 3 protection groups in the writeup.

I don't think it would. The protown roles weren't assigned any action, while the mafia almost certainly have been. So it's lose-lose.

For tonight, since chaotix has revealed that ichigo is an important role on the town side, I believe we should protect him.

Since there was some trouble getting things organized last night, we'll start the organization early this time.

Given the protection target has the role that he does, we can confirm how many people show up.

We can't necessarily rely on people to read the thread, so if you are in one of your groups you need to pm all your companions and make sure they are in on it, and make sure that they confirm they are sending the orders.


Remember--it is very important that as little information about who is taking what action leaks out as possible. Don't post who is in your group in the thread unless necessary.

Although I still want an explanation from the leader of the group that didn't show up to protect khaan.
