The first one is my investigation on GH from Night 1, where he apparently had his lictors protect him. In your investigation of Ichigo, it appears that he did not protect himself nor did he protect anyone else either. Overall the contrast is very strange as I would had expected Ichigo to be active in some way tonight.

From the write-up:

Ichigo looked hesitantly to right and left. No one else was in sight. Surely they were just late and would appear… now! He looked around again, seeing nothing. A single bead of sweat ran down Ichigo’s face as the gladii-armed men finally reached him, their blades thrusting forward to disembowel him. The last through that ran through his head was a niggling suspicion that he had forgotten to do something important.

I think it's pretty obvious that Ichigo didn't send in his orders last night.
