I sent my ma this, and then signed the email "Your loving son".
I'll make up for it by getting her something nice. :P

I thought Mothering Sunday was in march?
There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

I'm helping the girls write out cards, and I'm going to make the wife breakfast in bed, followed up by taking us all out to the best Italian Place in town for dinner (had to get the reservations a month in advance).

Good man! I'm showing my step-daughter how to make Eggs Benedict for her mom's breakfast in bed, junior shall be the waiter. Dinner with my Mother will be at our favorite Italian restaurant, Ilio Dipaolo's, for the Mother's Day Buffet.

We got back a little while ago. I don't think I'll need to eat for a few days. The dessert table was especially deadly, good thing we don't go there too often or I'd weigh 500lbs. in no time.
