It's a Jack Russel Terrier. They're insane. It's not a bug, it's a feature. They were bred to fight rodents underground, so insanity is necessary. If you see madness in their eyes, it's because you're seeing madness. Saw one bite clean through a girl's hand in the park one time, completely unprovoked.

I'd rather raise a rescue pit bull than deal with a JRT. (Apologies in advance to the JRT owners whom I have now mortally offended.)
