Default What/How is your campaign process?

This is my campaign process that I mostly follow with Pahlava.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    "Explanations of the Campaigns"

________ Pahlava Territory at the beginning

_______> Persian Campaign of Arshak (Arsaces)
--------> Indian campaign of Arshak (Arsaces)
_______> Syrian Campaign of Tirdad (Tridates)
--------> Armenian Campaign of Tirdad (Tridates)

What kind of process do you follow with your favourite factions or other factions?

    i bomb the enemy.

the best way to take out the ptolemaioi. they are so damn vulnerable especially in this mod where they dont have much navy. ive done it many times and those are just 2 examples. ofc, if you are seleucids or anyone east of alexandreia you might as well conquer syria and phoenicia before coming down to egypt. i usually 'bomb' the enemy when im playin factions west of asia minor. makedon is my favourite faction and theyre one of the few factions that i bother to keep playing the campaign with.

My campaign process? Well, I generally attempt to expand outwards :D

As SSbQ, I attempt to pacify NW Africa before tackling the Romani (but Sicily, or at least Messana, is a high priority). Also, to grab more land in Iberia before Lusotanna goes into overdrive and takes it all, but with my main armies being occupied overseas and the usually slow pace of development in Gader etc., this is typically only a fantasy.

As Baktria, I make my homelands safe from the depredations of the roving Saka whilst rolling into any settlements that AS are foolish enough to leave without sufficient garrison/deterrent. Plans to claim India, which requires a perhaps quite lengthy period of military development, but after which THE WORLD is my goal (and AS is going to get it first!)

As KH (mostly speculative, as I've just started with them), beat the Makedones into submission (if not entirely wipe them out, as I recently have done, inadvertedly) and lay claim to all "Hellas". Mollycoddle the poor wittle Romani, in hopes of some day seeing the MOT reforms. Prioritise establishing a power base in Mikra Asia and recovering the "Far West" klerouchies (mmm, Massilian Hoplites) before duking it out with AS and stopping for a pint of Carlsberg in Alexandria.

...generally I try to jump for the Eleutheroi settlements before my neighbours (but especially allies) get them, though I'm quite leary of those guarded with Stacks of Doom, in which case the AI is welcome to take a pop at them first if they feel like making my job easier later on. I try to maintain peaces with long-term allies, but punish traitors and belligerents. Also, I typically favour targets that will offer interesting local troops over those that show greater economic potential (mines, markets, population etc.) though I maybe tend to turtle.
