Can I exclude all other cultures other than the faction has?

Is the any hard-code or buggy issue while using the line :
FE; for eastern

ExcludeCultures barbarian, carthaginian, egyptian, roman, greek

so as to exclude all other cultures from that ancillary;

like in this ancillary:
