It says on one of the loading screens of EB that the kings of numidia were massiliyan. Is that from the city of massalia? Or is that the people that lived in numidia. Also, would they be greek cultured or carthaginian?

Das is of course refering to a people in North Africa. Numidia as a united political state never existed. Numidia was basically a geographical name the Romans then applied to the kingdoms there. Much like they called the Seleukids either kings of Asia oder Syria.
There were two main tribal groups in "Numidia" the Massylii and the Masaesyli, they were natives of the area. As for their culture i can't really be sure but i think they had their own but with Punic influences, especially the Massylii who were strongly associated with Carthage.
Which one is the biggest?
Yea you had that Numidia was both allied with Carthage and Rome. Each having their own tribal king as ally. Syphax and Masinissa if im right...

I have noticed that in eb, the rebel generals of this area are eastern greek cultured. Is that accurate?
Nah that will be due to the limited number of cultures in the game. The numdians resided in one of the only places in the mediterranean world that wasn't settled by the greeks.
what culture would be most appropriate?
Of the ones in EB, Punic probably.
And lo! the gods of EB have answered, take a guess at the new faction thats just been revealed on the EBII forum.

Lol great timing. Massiliya and Massalia are completely different, just as Segesta and Segestica are different cities. Just happen to have similar names.
Classical history is interesting. Especially when accompianied by EB.
