Do FM in EB still get tittles like in Vanilla RTW? Like "The Great" and so on?

Yes. Agents do too.

They are rarer, though. Only a couple of the originals still exist, however the Romans get name changes based on conquest, such as AFRICANVS.

Does "the great" still exist? as i recall in Vanilla TW i just need to get Legendary Hero to get "The Great" tittle.. as for AFRICANVS what do i have to do? conquer all of Africa?

No, all those titles such as "the Builder", "the "Editor"", "the Conqueror", "the Great", etc are gone. All that remain for FMs are the Romani titles linked with great military triumphs in particualr regions. Such as Aricanvs, Gallicvs, etc.
