Hmm, to me the setup seemed to be contra town. Too many options and unclear victory conditions, the possibility to flee severly hurt the rest of the town. Also SK, Agent, Zombies against town that hurt itself doesn´t seem balanced, but since this is a horror scenario it´s OK. A few townies survived and the story can continue, just like resident evil...

The town needed to lynch the SK. After that, they needed to escape, and the town was very close to doing so. It was simply a matter of being organized and having a clear will to do so. But that is the flaw of every single townie group. It's no different in any other mafia game where the town greatly outnumbers the anti-townies, but they have no unity.

Admittedly I left a couple things vague, but many people had the right idea: you needed to escape to win. It was just a matter of making sure the horde was disabled before you did so.

Apologies to anyone if that made it harder on the town. Any Resident Evil game I host will be difficult for the town to win outright, and the difficulty and tension was designed to make every player feel totally doomed, though victory was absolutely possible and they were close to it. It's part of the ambience of the game to feel lost and vulnerable.

I think the fact that two townies escaped, and the town got beefy enough to damage the horde and some were planning to do so, is a testament to how close you came. Well played... just not quite enough.

Admittedly, I thought YLC was agent early on (same way I did with Ichigo in Swords of the Moon), but I suffered "I got deaded first round so screw this" syndrome (especially when "discussing with pevergreen" = "getting ignored, receiving random nonsense and he did his own thing") other than a couple of posts where I posted just for fun.

    Congratulations though, you did good.

Beskar- Admittedly I was a little dismayed by pevergreen's enthusiasm. Fortunately for the game's sake, others stepped in.

CDF- Indeed your character wanted to save the town itself, by destroying the evil (Axe man). However, escaping was also an option, a necessary one, as indicated by the PM. Perhaps could have been clearer. Apologies for any confusion.

then why did my win condition say to try and stick around? I assumed that the town could win through means other than escaping..... it was still a great game though, win condition or not.
