Can you please do me a favour in the meantime and just check whether there's anything that might be causing it? I can't really think of anything but maybe you have some troops moving around or agent activity in the end turn process that is causing it to crash? Something automated is usually the culprit.

This turn was rather boring for me actually, not much happening at all, no settlements of mine that I could think of turning rebel, although there is one which may possibly have riots next turn. Could that be the possible cause of it?

I think just try to do everything possible to prevent any automated events.

Can you test lowering taxes or putting a garrison in there and running the end of the turn again to see if it stops it?

I had a city in Morocco that I raised taxes to high because it was under siege. But it wouldn't have revolted until the next turn anyway.
When I get ctds in EB one thing that often works is just moving a unit around (any at all), saving, and then reloading from there and trying end turn again. Supposedly it resets all the "random" events (like rebellions).

Tried both phonic's and zim's suggestions, still no luck... Although I do admit that sort of thing would usually resolve a CTD :/

What happens when CTD can't be fixed? Just curious...
