Eggs are awesome. When I'm at UNI, I have at least 2 per day during the week. They're inherently nutritious- its got to be for the chicken to grow and be healthy.
It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then, the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

I guess I can continue my love of eggs. Another thing your all missing out with eggs by the way which isn't nutrition based is the price. Possibly the cheapest versatile food source you can find!

I believe it has more to do with how you prepare them. Fried in butter is less healthy than soft boiled/hard boiled/steamed. I love my eggs and refuse to give them up.
