Thread: Small Games, 1vs1, 2vs2s.

  1. #1

    Default Small Games, 1vs1, 2vs2s.

Hey guys, I was wondering if any one would like to 1vs1 me in hotseat mode, Either (Medieval 1.5) SS 6.2 or BC 1.05

any ways, we can make stories rpg, such. but key goal is to just have a fun and fast pace game.

For example we can only play as Western factions of a certain map. but yeah. Need input on any one if they think it's a cool idea!

    regards-

    Merlox.

This is a good idea. Weird that I haven't noticed this thread before. It's similar to ATPG's "Hotseat duel to the death" idea.

Anyway, I'm ready to play BC 1.5 game if you are still interested.

Yeah, I personally would prefer 2v2 too.

So, anyone willing to give a go with us?

Can we make it a simpler mod like LTC Gold? I love Stainless Steel and Broken Crescent but the maps are rather large for a quick PvP.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

Sound fine to me, although what mod and factions are we going to be playing as?

Good question. I'd love to play Venice in LTC. A larger mod doesn't appeal to me.

LTC is kinda the last resort. I was thinking about more action packed, Such as BC 1.05, BC 2.02, or SS 6.1 , SS 6.2

Personally, I love the BC, They are very fast pace, prolly thE fastest pace mod you can find.

I have BC the newest version, SS 6.2, and LTC so I don't really care either way.

I recently lost an entire campaign of BC due to corrupted saves. if you want action packed, LTC is where it's at. It's a polished campaign with decent movement rates. Fewer settlements means that every one you loose means so much more. I like Stainless Steel but there are too many settlements and it needs another patch. LTC deserves the title "Gold" and everyone will enjoy it.

Ehh, i've played too many of the LTC, SS is really big...

Let's just do the new BC 2.02, have some fun. This hotseat won't last that long (considering it's 4 people).

It should be fun and easy.

k... I've had over 200 turn games with out crash, never had a crash, and best of all, it's one of the best mods as terms of hotseats in medieval.

We can also have a 1vs1vs1, (could be fun)

    Kypchak vs marukia vs Hindus.

(most hotseats don't last that long in terms of turns)

Might add, that the Commanders of the Faithful BC Hotseat has been around for a year and a half, played through 42 (?) turns and we have had no stability issues. I think we started with something like 13 human players. So the mod is great for hotseats, from my experience at least.

Btw, I don't have time to join your game, just wanted to pitch in. ;)

Yes, well, BC 2.02 hasn't been out for a year and a half and there are other players experiencing similar problems.

there is no BC 1.5, it's either BC 1.05 and BC 2.02 XD

I am dying to est 2.02 now though on a hotseat, So, Cultured, Ibn, you guys want to do a FFA or something? Last one standing wins?

(We can make it a complicated 1vs1vs1 mode, Marukia vs Kypchak vs Hindus... the odd balls.. XD

That group is ancient though, how can I tell? It's because ATPG is asking people to duel him. He is a big cuddly teddybear now. :O
