game crush in 242bc

i'm in summer 242bc i conquerd northern Italy and Sicilia parts of Balkans,Sardinia and Sicilia and now im in gaul with 2 stacks so i should get the Polybian reforms,but after i end the turn game crashes in the computer's turn at archae seleukeia, i have v1.2 and i copied the fixex so please help me :).
this CTD is not caused by a rebelious settelment because all are green faced :)

If you've checked every settlement, as opposed to only your settlements or only AS' settlements, your best bet is probably to take control of the faction and experiment, as detailed in the frequent issues.
