Look how often the same Carthaginian name come up in history, Hanno, Hamilcar, Gisgo, Hannibal. Seemingly 90% (exaggeration, I know) had one of those names. No reason to assume certain female names weren't equally common.
Not only that, but the Romans are notoriously famous for having exceedingly little creativity or imagination when it came to religion and names. Take first names for instance. Not more than 15 common Roman names of Middle Republican period. Names such as Sextus, Quintus, Decius stand for the order in which the child was born...
