    Default Model Unit Question

I'm having trouble with a unit model that I downloaded called Gaul_infantry. In game his face and legs do not show up. He almost looks like a ghost wearing armor. The other units I downloaded have worked fine. Is this a glitch with the unit or am I doing something wrong? If it is my screw up does anyone have any idea what what I have done that could be causing this? I have checked my files over and over again, and can not find the issue. Do I need a specific skeleton for this unit? I've tried fs_swordsman; fs_short_swordsman or however it is spelled as well as the barb version. Any ideas?

sounds most likely to be an issue with the alpha channel in the .dds texture it's using - are you sure you've got the right texture assigned to it, and does that have black/grey areas in the alpha channel?

    Makanyane,

I see you have come to my rescue again. Unfortunately, I don't even know what alpha channel means... The individual that made the model told me that they would check the alpha channels to see if that was the problem.

I do know that I used the texture and CAS file that was provided in the download. I checked the spelling to ensure every thing matches between the tga file as well as the CAS file and the DMB file many times. Further the unit soldier in the EDU file is the same one in used in the DMB file. I don't have a sprite for this model so I subbed a barb swordsman sprite for it, but I don't think that could be the problem because this has worked for many other models.
