That screenie looks to be from another mod. The reason I say this is that in EB, IIRC, the Epeirote general looks just like the other Greek generals, and they don't look like that guy. I know, lets play guess the mod, I'll start with Diadochi or XGM. There's 2 of my 3 guesses.

And you don't get generals in those battles (or ordinary custom battles for that matter): you get captains.

It is from the EB online tournament, a practice battle (EB MP 1.2 + official fixes). This was taken from a battle in which Knight of Heaven participated as Epiros. I know they are captains, but I see no need to be precise like that...
