Although I voted fro France, Denmark is my other choice, England in third.

I'd say give it to France. It works much better that way. Expansion, crusades, and a true feudal monarchy come together in her.
Also, we could name the houses after the historical dynasties: Capet, Valois, Bourbon, and Plantagenet.
