    Is is possible to use bluetooth or whatever to make the ps3 use my macbook's display.

    I would have to say no. I don't believe Macbooks have any kind of video input capabilities. You could try something like a video capture device, but those usually introduce some lag that would probably be unacceptable for game playing.
