If they're so Russian, why don't they move back to Russia?Also, Latvian nationalism is a very interesting concept, especially with a high population minority of them being Russians, who actively see themselves as being Russian and refuse to even use the Latvian language. They are also quite distinctive compared to the native Latvians. They even experience the New Year at Russian New Year time.
