i don´t think they are historical i mean to paint over 30.000 men of blue is like having a white elephant not to mention that many of the dyes back then caused serious health concerns so altough there seems to be some evidence of their existence it´s a bit like the korinthian hoplitai they can be represented by regular hoplitai/phallangitai so using a unit card just for a unit of phallangitai wich may or may not have been fully painted in blue with white cotton pantaloons and only using a phrygian cap and no other armour whatsoever seems irrelevant and nitpicking

but then again there´s uirodusius and gaesatae instead of just 1 naked crazy dudes unit

Do you think you could see them in the campaign map? Details that don't show anyway are a bit of waste to make no? This could already be one of the most detailled camp map models out there.

Duh, because the Greeks are smarter than the other factions and know that there are assassins wandering around the countryside.

I'd guess it's because the members of the assembly (ie: full macedonian citizens), were the soldiers and they gathered armed...
So even diplomats would boast their status...

Whichever the case, well done Tux ^^

in light of the history of the Greeks, I see no evidence that they are any smarter than Roman
