    Default The new patch

    Sorry if these questions have been asked before but I couldnt find them.

    What files in the data folder do the new patch modifiy? as none of the folder register and modification since may. I made some minor alterations to one file, could that have blocked the update?

    Also when ever I open the game I see the 1st screen, the 'empire total war' in silver with blue edging but the game doesnt get any further and just crashes. Could anyone help?
