Uses of force diplomacy

So ive just downloaded the force diplomacy mod, as im getting tired of the strange AI behaviour.

Was wondering if many people use it, and how extensively.

I obviously want to keep some random elements in the game, but im itching for some ceasefires with people who haven't even boardered me for nigh on 20 years.

Also can you use it to force wars between AI nations, via the attack x demand. And one more thing, if i make say, epiros ceasefire with me, will they ever attack me again without my aid?

Please do tell of any experience, im looking for a more interesting and 'historical' game.
