The mods that are a must for EB should be;
-RS textures,
-Force Diplomacy

the others depend on your playing style. like if you like fighting battles yourself AI formations Mod
and of course any Alex mod (I prefer LZ3's)

I have made a lot of mods as well, as you can see in my sig.
But, you had to add "I have my own sub mods"

P.S. At the moment I am modding Fifa Manager 09, but it is quite illogical to get 20,000 Euro monthly from a 5 Star Hotel whose value is 100 million Euro.
Hard codes are everywhere.......
