    Default Question about conquered settlements

I uninstalled EB and RTW today and reinstalled both so I could play the new 1.2 and had a question about conquered settlements. As Macedon I attacked Hellenon and Epiros and quickly drove them out of Greece and what I noticed is that when I took the settlements If I repaired the Type I and Type II buildings in them I was immediately able to start buildings as if I had built them. Is this a bug or is it normal? I was not able to use the baracks inside because they said KH and Epiros only but I was strangely able to immediately start reqruiting troops with the reginal baracks that was in Epidamnos.

It's because those factions share a few of the buildings. A few of them even share the government buildings, although I'm not sure if the Maks do with Epeiros.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

I do think however that not destroying government buildings immediately upon conquest is considered " cheating " both by the community and the team .

The is a reason a type IV government option exists , and this is exactly that , government for military purposes .
