I just realized resently that the script isnt working properly. I looked at the script and saw the problem; puppet ruler script is gone . It must have been a sub mod I downloaded that did it, (Im lookin at you Lz3) and I just want to know if there is a way to get that bit back.

or you are using EB 1.2, which doesn't have the client ruler script.

I thought it just updated the script? But I guess that explains a lot. I played 1.1 up untill a month ago.

I believe they changed the way it worked do to some problems. Basically when you create a Type 4 government you can train a mercenary general. If you leave that general in the town for 1 turn he becomes a client ruler permanently. If you move him out of the town before the next turn after he was created he will become an allied general.
