The new Firefox is out.
Oh the one that for some reason wont load a page like the rest that came out after 3.0.4 on some people's computers?
No problems thus far. Seems to be working well. Plus, my favored theme already has been released for it.

im going to wait until all my add-ons are compatible with it. i love Forcastfox, adblock, and my Redshift V3 skin!

It's noticeably faster on my Wintel box. Note that Firefox now starts up with tabs visible at all times, which I find irritating. (Why are you chewing up screen real estate when it isn't necessary, you beast?)
To turn it off in Windows: Tools→Options→Tabs→Always show the tab bar.
-edit-
Ars Technica also has a big write-up of all the goodies included in the upgrade. Worth a read.

Thanks for explaining how to do that Lemur. No point seeing the tab-bar when there is only 1 tab there.
It really is quite a bit faster.
@ Hooahguy - Adblock works with it for sure.
Rest in Peace TosaInu, the Org will be your legacy

Here's one annoyance I have with that. In 3.5, it seems that the "activity dots" circle that shows when it's attempting to load a page only exists on the tabs. So, when I have "Always show the tab bar" unchecked, I've often found myself wondering if a page is loading slow or if maybe I've just misclicked.![]()
