Unit Recruitment Guide/Spreadsheet

Wondering if anyone has a listing of which units each faction can recruit in each region. For instance, if I was using Pontus, it would be nice to know if it would be worth it to pursue a Homeland Government and go for the highest Faction MIC in a specific region ahead of time, without spending a ton of $$ and time. Also it would be fun to pick out specific regions to take over, if they would field some cool new units.

I came across one spreadsheet that detailed this information perfectly, but it was from back in EB .72, so quite outdated. Also saw a really nice pictorial representation from a thread on "The Unit Card Project", but that didn't cover all the units:

Also, if there is a reliable way to figure this out by going through some of the files, let me know and I could probably put that together, even if it is somewhat tedious. Any help would be much appreciated!
