    I go to the Turk.
This is classic, coming from Fragony.

Anyways, I despise fast food. The only "fast" food I eat is from Chinese restaurants which give me nice and healthy noodles.

Nothing to contribute to the fast food debate. I eat it occasionally, but despise it universally. Basically I don´t trust any food that takes less than 20 min to prepare except fried eggs.
Grilled Chicken, Steamed Veggies, oatmeal... :P

Mac Donalds?! GAH! Man those 'burgers' taste like CRAP. I would much rather go to burger king :king:

And yeh I dislike fast food. I don't do a lot of exercice so I better watch out what I eat or otherwise I'll end up round as a ball.

I also regret when I eat a lot.... my stomach just feels uneasy.

I eat snacks constantly, and I can never really finish any of my meals (Maybe breakfast). So I can't even finish any sort of meal from McDonald's. The burgers don't even taste good, and the fries are only marginally addicting.

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

If you've ever had fries from a restaurant that serves fries they cut themselves you will never be able to eat McDonald's fries again.

Okay, I should say outside breakfast. Never eat steamed veggies, and chicken takes about 20 min to grill...

Fries are meh, if you had real chips, you wouldn't touch fries.

Yeah, if only they were out playing and not playing chess all days everything would be fine. Wait a minute, this isn't 1859???

Anyway, from what I've heard the US McDonalds meals are much fattier than atleast some parts of the European ones (as in here in Sweden). They wouldn't sell well here otherwise. And they are still hardly consídered healthy here.
We are all aware that the senses can be deceived, the eyes fooled. But how can we be sure our senses are not being deceived at any particular time, or even all the time? Might I just be a brain in a tank somewhere, tricked all my life into believing in the events of this world by some insane computer? And does my life gain or lose meaning based on my reaction to such solipsism?

Haha you thought carbs and calories was appaling? LOOK at the sodium, they're usually around 1000+
An average person can only have around 2000 a day.

Excess sodium creates water weight, and also I THINK enlargens cells, which in turn also makes you look bigger.

According to The Onion, we now have the potential to make people even more obese.

That's one exception I'm willing to make on occasion. I don't know how, but that chicken is damn good!

Seriously though, moderation is key. And your level of physical activity plays a big role. If you're physically active, you can afford to eat bad now and then. But if you're a couch potatoe, or have a schedule or injury that doesn't permit you to get exercise, you really do have to watch what you eat. And honestly, no matter how good you do eat, lack of exercise will still get you.

In the end, physical activity is far more important to being healthy than a good diet ever will be.
Let alone the liver, of course.
