    Mmm.... num num num num num num num. No matter how many times they screw up my order, I simply have to have Wendy's fries and a spicy chicken sandwich.

    That's one exception I'm willing to make on occasion. I don't know how, but that chicken is damn good!

    Lots of chemicals, i'm sure. But i'm with you guys their spicy chicken is very tasty.

    Seriously though, moderation is key. And your level of physical activity plays a big role. If you're physically active, you can afford to eat bad now and then. But if you're a couch potatoe, or have a schedule or injury that doesn't permit you to get exercise, you really do have to watch what you eat. And honestly, no matter how good you do eat, lack of exercise will still get you.

    In the end, physical activity is far more important to being healthy than a good diet ever will be.
    Let alone the liver, of course.
