There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticise.

Actually, I mowed the lawn this morning because it finally stopped raining long enough to do it without leaving muddy tire tracks. Now if only the temperature will rise above 60F maybe we can have our barbeque & fireworks and not have to wear winter coats. At least we shouldn't run out of ice trying to keep the beer cold.
Think of it as a celebration of a successful Guy Fawkes operation.4th what?

More like too busy sleeping. It was six in the morning here when IA posted his OP, i was just going to bed.I suspect our American friends are too busy having parties to post much here.
