    Default The Eleutheroi

I have a question about the independent people. I modified the rebel text in the Data folder. I simply added more units to Eleutheroi cities, so that when they rebel they have a better chance of survival, and to give the Aedui and Sweboz something else to take care, as they don't give a breath to my allies the Arverni tribes. What I did was to make sure that a full stalk of twenty units is spawn in both Vindoboona and Aik-Ink, sadly when the former rebelled only nine units appeared. This happened also with two north African cities, Sika and Tingis. Does this have something to do with the spawning rate of Eleutheroi, should I make the number 0, or it is a random behavior of the engine.

    Cheers.

I believe the number of units spawned in a rebellion depends on the city population size and the level of development. What spawns is dependent on what barracks there are in the city of the cultural group that it is rebelling to.

It is not random. As MAA stated, it has to do with the city size and developement. The bigger the city, the more rebels appear. The more advanced the barracks are in the city, the more high quality the spawned troops will be.
