Its actually going in the opposite direction of Somalia

But Britain is not so naive as to say that South Africa's resources will not be extremely helpful. But we truly wish for vengeance for the border villages that were attacked. We are going to overthrow the Apartheid's, a regime that has needed to go down for far to long. Whether or not resources play a part, we are going to save the South African people and bring their nation up from the dirt.

Its sure nearer to Somalia than Britain is, that's what we're saying

I am trying to be honest here. Just remember we are not the ones who opened hostility. THAT was the South Africans

I was whistling at the irony in relation to the diplomatic situation in Afghanistan as seen in approximately page 11+

Really, there is but a slight difference. Foreign occupation to local occupation, its still occupation and that's why there is dissent.
We believe Pakistan's statement was misconstrued. There is no plan at the moment for the Pakistani armed forces to enter Afghan territory, but as the Soviet Union should know, the borders of Afghanistan are quite permeable. What Pakistan proposes is to set up its armed forces on its side of the border to prevent further militants from joining the fight and using Pakistan as a base to strike into Afghanistan. What we request in return is the possibility to send observers to reassure our population, who very much desires a free Afghanistan, that the Soviet Union is indeed withdrawing.

Iran can aid the diplomatic process of Russia and Pakistan, as a non-aligned country, if it is desired.

We very much appreciate the Pakistani's offer for help, but we believe that we will be able to handle this matter on our own and that the presence of the Pakistani troops as well as Russian troops would only enrage the people into supposing that you have "betrayed them", furthering the cause of the militants.

Russia has made a mistake, and Russia will bear the sole burden.

That is the last we will say of the matter.

You have asked for a schedule, and I have presented it.

When we withdraw entirely, you may indeed send observers to make sure none are left, but take care that it is when we withdraw entirely... we would hate to accidentally shoot someone that is not a militant

Yes Afghanistan is quite the train wreck. Britain has no comment on the matter, as we surely have nothing riding on it.

Does the UN security council have anything to say on the matter of south africa?

Thats what you get when you randomly attack NPC's with no reason to it!

What Russia sent was not spies, but a message.
A message? What's the message? "Surrender now or we will?" If you are so interested in giving us a message, why don't you make it public or private via Diplomats?

What do you say about those guns, bombs and spying equipment?

    Who is Nikolai Stalinov?

    *whistles*

This is hardly an atrocity compared to attempting to meltdown a nuclear plant.

What Russia sent was not spies, but a message.

We will meet failure for failure, and success for success.
Nikolai Stalinov is, if you don't know English or didn't want to hear what I said, the president of an organization that covered Soviet operations in America.

    So... Which is our success?

When we withdraw entirely, you may indeed send observers to make sure none are left, but take care that it is when we withdraw entirely... we would hate to accidentally shoot someone that is not a militant

After much deliberation, Russia has come to the conclusion that we will not support the idea of British invasion of South Africa.

We feel that this invasion would hardly be beneficial for many.

Furthermore, we believe that the attacks on Britain and Japanese ships came from NPC nations, as Greyblades has expressed a desire to escalate NPC action, probably to make things less dull, if not we could just steamroll NPCs with enough force.

and what Russia, do you believe to be appropriate action to take on south africa for the assault on Innocent civilians that they undertook? Know that Britain will not stand to allow the Apartheid rule to remain. If this means you are willing to go in yourself and free the nation and then leave, then all the better for you.

I am not sure what you mean by the many? Do you perhaps mean the many people of south africa, who have lived under the oppressive rule of the Apartheid's for far to long? Or do you perhaps mean that it will not be beneficial to you?

Since we have extra troops and munitions, Russia volunteers to go on a peacekeeping mission.

If that is the United Nation's will.

@Britain, we simply felt that it was entirely possible that the "South African" Group was a rebel faction, we merely wanted you to consider the scopes of the possibilities as well..

They are wearing South African army uniforms my friend. I am done with this talk of peace keeping missions, The apartheid's have been allowed a free pass on this diplomatic stage. There segregation and racism has been allowed to live on for far to long. The Czechs have an excellent point, we have let them go on for far to long. All of us, Pardon me if I am incorrect, but equality is a very large part of communist belief is it not?

No, This is going to end now. unless the south African government unconditionally surrenders and allows the south African people to create there own government IMMEDIATELY we will be launching our invasion.

We are taking a stand, for too long has britain just handed over its colonies to the dogs and allowed others to destroy them. for TOO long has the British empire been nipped and chewed away at. (Like and early version of the Falkland wars this)

In the huge black market of South Africa, where crime rate is so prominent and military and police forces are thin stretched to maintain order, uniforms would hardly be missed amongst the dead.

Pardon me if I am incorrect, but equality is a very large part of communist belief is it not?

You seem pretty twitchy to invade them, drop the humanitarian reasons, whats the thing you want your hands on, eh Britain?

Edit: Besides, how are they going to unconditionally surrender as an NPC. They are hardly going to be cowed be you.

Russia still feels that Britain should not be hasty.

It asked for United Nations opinion and it has hardly received a quarter of them and gears up for invasion.

If an invasion is imperative, then at the very least send a United Nations peacekeeping force.

If nations world wide could just ignore it as what you are attempting to do, then the UN will just turn into another League of Nations epic fail joke.
